I first met the owner, Pete Longo at the Long Island Home Show and was impressed with his knowledge, his positive attitude, his patience and his most engaging personality. Because Hello Garage is a company that excels in communication and leaving no stone unturned, I had subsequent home visits, one from Pete and one from Nick from the Sales Dept. Nick is another great guy, knowledgeable, patient with my questions and a true asset to the company. When the day arrived for the work to be done there were no surprises. Technicians Brian, Brett, and Chad (actually a part owner) were also great to work with. Knowledgeable and personable they thoroughly explained the process, were patient with my questions and true caring craftsman. They wanted to please, took pride in their work and it showed from beginning to end. I love the fruits of there labor. They did a great job. 

All in all, it was a wonderful experience working with Hello Garage of Deer Park from day one to completion. I wish all my dealing with home improvement companies could be as positive, successful and trouble free as was the case working with Pete and his terrific staff.
